Interesting site I could almost smell that crazy place
again.  I served in the 174th Ord.Det. (68-69) in Cam Ranh
Bay.  Many of  you comments echo the book "Stolen Valor".
It seems there  a more wannabes than ever out there.  Keep
up the good work.  Just  another G.I.  Bill McCormick

Dave...from the comments your work and research pleases many. Nice Job! I was searching for "A Battery of the 1/26th FA TAB attached to V Corps." Giessen Germany was our location. Headquarters was in Darmnstadt and "B" I think was aslo in Giessen in the depot area. I was there May of 1970 through Sept of 1971. Wow! The memories are great and the experience was outstanding. Mine was 93F20...Artillary Ballastic Meteorologist. What a great start for my career...After the 2 year military stint it was on to television broadcasting weather in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Cleveland, Ohio, Chicago, Illinois, and now FOX6 XETV in San Diego, California. Your stories are interesting and bring back many warm beer and convoy memories on the autobahn! Sunny Skies Terry Burhans 619-743-0500
